Premiere of Keenan Concerto
Linda gave the world premiere of Andy Keenan's Clarinet Concerto with Birmingham Symphonic Winds, conducted by Keith Allen, at the CBSO Centre, Birmingham on December 3rd. The work will be recorded in 2012.

McCabe Recording
Linda has recently recorded a new CD of chamber works by John McCabe with the Kreutzer Quartet and Aaron Shorr, including a newly-commissioned Clarinet Quintet. The CD is due for release by Guild in Spring 2012.

Four new CD releases
Linda has just released a premiere recording of Gary Carpenter's 'Doubles' (concerto for clarinet, oboe and wind orchestra) with Paul Goodey (oboe) and the RNCM Wind Orchestra conducted by Clark Rundell (Polyphonic). This follows the recent release of a further 3 CDs featuring premiere recordings of british works: Robert Crawford's Clarinet Quintet with the Adderbury Ensemble (Metier); Philip Spratley's Clarinet Concerto 'Byard's Leap' with Manchester Sinfonia (Toccata Classics); 'Dynamics of Matter', new works for clarinet and piano by Avril Anderson and David Sutton-Anderson (Undercurrents). These CDs are currently being added to the audio section of this website.

Naxos CD Release
Linda's new CD of four clarinet quintets with the Navarra Quartet for Naxos has just been released, and is available for download via the Naxos website.

Book Release
Linda's PhD 'Collaboration between Composers and Performers: British Clarinet Concertos 1990-2004, has just been published as a monograph by VDM Verlag - ISBN: 978-3-639-18619-2
